In response to the current shifting global education landscape, the Education Bureau (EDB) has promptly called on all universities in Hong Kong to introduce facilitation measures for those needed international students and scholars with a view to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of students and scholars, and to attract top talent in accordance with each institution’s diverse admissions and recruitment policies.
The EDB is pleased to see that local universities are responding proactively and closely monitoring the situation, fully utilising the Government’s initiatives that support the capacity expansion and quality enhancement of post-secondary institutions in Hong Kong. Interested individuals may visit the “Study in Hong Kong” website (https://www.studyinhongkong.edu.hk/en/) to learn more about further studies in Hong Kong and contact the relevant universities for details –
