Regarding the ban on Harvard University enrolling international students, the Education Bureau (EDB) has promptly called on all universities in Hong Kong to introduce facilitation measures for those eligible with a view to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of students and scholars, and to attract top talent in accordance with each institution’s diverse admissions and recruitment policies.
